Before I started working With William, I had been overweight and rudderless, training on my own and I had tried various fad diets. After a meeting with William and highlighting what I was looking to achieve, he got to work making me a weekly plan, this coupled with one to one PT sessions I started seeing the results i.e. seeing signs of muscle definition and increased strength, William was always on hand to answer any questions or tweak my plan as required, nothing was / is ever a problem, I have arthritis to my lower back this was always taken into consideration during training. I am now healthier and happier both physically and mentally. I have been working with him now for approx. 8 months and don't see that altering in the near future.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

William will tell you it took a while for the penny to drop with me, I didn’t get it at first. I was still believing all the stuff about exercising to burn calories, you can’t eat chocolate and lose weight, it was all a chore. I was very much in the binge restrict cycle, Monday to Friday my calories were good, and I was eating salads all day long, and then Friday to Sunday came and it was game over.

Eventually I started to trust William and listen. Since then, I have lost 13kg in scale weight but that’s not what it’s all about anymore. I still smile when I see a new low and it shows me that I am heading in the right direction but really, the number on the scale doesn’t matter like it used to. I have had pizza, takeaways and chocolate and I am still getting results. In the past I would have given myself such a hard time for that, I would have tried to make up for it whilst feeling guilty and regretting it.

Tried slimming world off and on but found it crap eventually and lost interest. I have always been a fan of walking so this came in handy once I started with William. Results with William came quite naturally, and I never felt any pressure. I like that his approach isn't to focus on a number on the scales but how feel in yourself. 100% this is the mindset I needed. At PT I was so nervous to start but from my first session I felt at ease and knew I was in safe hands. Never any pressure and always bundles of encouragement. William is thorough and always takes time to make sure technique is on point. Our app is great and is full of home workouts. Love our monthly recipe book too.

Honestly thank you so so so so much I genuinely couldn’t have made it this far without all William’s help and support.

I have finally found that balance where I can enjoy my life without feeling I need to restrict myself every Monday.

I no longer feel like I am dieting but actually living my life and making progress.
